With over 20 years of experience owning and managing AtRidge, Joel oversees the direction of the company and its culture. Joel and his amazing wife have been blessed with four children. Outside of work, Joel enjoys traveling with his family, and serving at his church.
Jim Amrhein
Licensed PCO
With experience in the landscape industry for almost 30 years, Jim is passionate about quality and works hard to ensure all of our staff are knowledgeable about all chemical rules guidelines. Outside of work Jim is an avid sailor.
Melissa Medina
Client Relations Manager
Melissa has been with the company since 2001, overseeing all the administrative functions in the office as Office Administrator. She directly handles all financial matters such as client billing, A/P and A/R, payroll and banking. In January of 2022 she was promoted to our Client Relations Manager while still handling all her existing tasks. She loves being out in the field with our teams and meeting with our Community Managers and Board Members.
When not working at Atridge, Melissa enjoys spending time with her husband, their 4 children and their grandson.
Connor Atkinson
Growth and Development
Connor focuses on the long term development for AtRidge. He works to cultivate relationships with team members and clients that follow our company’s culture and vision for the future. He is an undergraduate student in the school of Design, Construction, and Planning at the University of Florida.
